for lunches, emergency shelter, communicating devices, common sense.

Room Assignment:
The lodge has four cabins, a large loft, and some other options. I
will assign cabins, so confirm any particulars there i.e. couples to
share queen beds and keeping parties together.

I've recalculated the cost at $160/per person for the three-day
trip. This will cover the first 20 people. The first 20 people will
receive a rebate, should more join us. You can pay me via Paypal with this e-mail address tombcronin@com or by check.
Please make your payment by December 12 to save your spot (let me
know if you are mailing a check).

What? Snow, rain, high winds, cold temperatures, or other atmospheric
events will not cancel the trip.

If you want to carpool let me know (separately) your location,
departure/return time windows, and type of vehicle, and we will work
this out offline.

I will send a follow up e-mail when there are sufficient developments
of note.
